Now we are looking for a new Office administration:
- Purchase and Orders:
- Responsible for purchase of new stock from Asia manufacture and ensuring that all relevant purchase orders are administered correctly and on time in relation to forthcoming shipments.
- Being first contact point for all clients and ensuring that their purchase orders are handled as correctly and efficiently as possible.
- Responsible for issuing all invoices/credit notes to customers.
- Shipping (Logistic):
- Arranging transport/forwarders and the necessary documentation required for each exported order.
- Arranging every import and export shipment to all clients.
- Accounting and Administration:
- Performing accounting administration duties in connection with bookeeper. Generally assisting with monthly administration.
- Perform general office duties such as answering telephones and handling routine correspondence. And independently respond to letters and general correspondence.
- Perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the office
