What does an Office Assistant / Receptionist do?

The Receptionist / Office Assistant is aware of everything that is going in an organisation, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to coordinating deliveries and organising travel arrangements for clients. The Receptionist / Office Assistant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, while also ensure smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will be:

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking service oriented and people-focused Office Assistant, with strong communication skills in Dutch and English (both verbal and written). To be successful in this position you need to have good problem solving skills and a working knowledge of Outlook and Word. You also need to be a self-starter who is able to demonstrate flexibility and readiness to support colleagues and management when asked.

If you have a secondary vocational (MBO) degree or a Bachelor’s degree (HBO), followed by at least two years’ experience in an administrative, support or secretarial role, we invite you to apply for the Office Assistant role.
