You independently prepare the breakfast buffet: you bake the rolls and the croissants, boil the eggs, make coffee, lay out the dairy, juices, cold cuts, cheese plates, refill all other items.
Then chat with guests, clear and clean tables, do the dishes, refill all buffet items.
Afterwards you clear the buffet away, do the dishes and refill all flatware and food and drink items, clean the breakfast room from top to bottom.
You prepare the breakfast items for the next day and you make a list of items that need to be ordered.
The reception will open at the same time as the guests come in.
You start at 07:00 and work until 12:00, so you have the whole rest iof the day to yourself!
You work an average 2 weekends per month, including public holidays.
