As an Operational Excellence Officer, you lead improvement initiatives within our organization and are responsible for achieving sustainable operational performance. You work closely with the OPEX team and various departments to achieve concrete results in efficiency, quality, and engagement.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement improvement projects based on Lean and other OPEX methodologies;
- Analyze process data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and design solutions;
- Coordinate change processes and ensure buy-in from employees and managers;
- Facilitate training and coaching to strengthen teams in continuous improvement;
- Monitor progress, report, and maintain close contact with your stakeholders;
- Actively contribute to improving the work culture and increasing ownership.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree level of thinking, preferably in technical business administration;
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other OPEX methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills and persuasive power;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Possession of a LEAN (six sigma) green and/or black belt is a plus.
