About the role:

For our client – a leading company in the import and export of fruit – we are looking for an Order Picker specializing in a specific type of fruit. You’ll be working in a cold storage environment at approximately 13°C.

Your responsibilities:

• Picking orders and preparing them for shipment
• Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for quality
• Daily communication with the sales team
• Managing stock, including inventory counts and updates
• You work with forklifts and other logistic equipment

What we’re looking for:

✅ You thrive in a small, close-knit team and have strong communication skills
✅ You are proactive and precise – your eye for detail is essential in assessing the color and quality of the fruit
✅ You are attentive to different brands, packaging, and countries of origin, and ensure the correct pallets are selected
✅ You hold a valid driver’s license (B category)
✅ Experience in order picking within the fresh produce (AGF) sector is a plus, but not a must
