In this newly created opportunity, we’re looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our ever expanding team. Responsible for selling our software, you will play a key role in driving forward the growth of the business in Belgium through the acquisition of new partners across various cities.
Working with the wider sales team, marketing and analytics you will take a data-first approach to prospecting, pipeline and ultimately acquiring new business. You will bridge the gap between our partners and software, collecting feedback to constantly improve the product and ensure our software best serves the needs of partners.
This full-time/part-time role is based in Amsterdam, where you will work from our office (hybrid) & join the team meetings in Brussels/Antwerp 2x a month.
You will be responsible for:
- Seeking new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, educating and closing new partners
- Running virtual demos of Treatwell with prospective new partners
- Consulting on different Treatwell plans to meet the needs of the partner
- Meeting personal monthly sales and activity targets
- Communicating with the teams in Amsterdam to ensure the smooth onboarding
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of leads and business opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce)
About you:
- Fluent French & English speaker; Dutch is a huge advantage
- Successful experience in a similar role (1 to 3 years of sales experience)
- Proven experience achieving targets and having an impact in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
- History of delivering in a 360 sales role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince from a distance
- You’re ambitious, have a winning mentality and never settle for anything less than your personal best
- Autonomy and organizational skills, ability to manage several files in parallel
- You are proactive, take ownership of performance and take time to self-reflect
- You are a fast learner, challenge the norm, and are constantly developing yourself
