Hostelle Amsterdam is looking for parttime receptionist for 2 days for one weekend and one weekday.
The reception will be doing the following tasks:
- Check in guests
- Check out guests
- Reply to emails
- Answer phone calls
- Helping our guests with difficulties or questions
- Keeping a tidy work space and area for the guests
- 2 different type of shifts: 8:00 to 15:00 or 14:30 to 21:30pm
- Flexible in work hours/days (including weekends)
- Thinking out of the box if needed
- Thinking of solutions when there is something wrong (problem solver)
- Must be available during December (Christmas or new year period)
