This isn’t your average “keep-the-lights-on” role. You’ll be the architect behind powerful collaborations with our strategic technology allies, agency pros, and system integrator Partners. This role bridges partner enablement, joint go-to-market execution, partner lifecycle management, and post-sale engagement. You’ll focus on maximizing partner-influenced revenue, retention, and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Strategy & Growth:
Develop and execute the partner success strategy to deepen engagement, grow partner-led revenue, and improve partner NPS. - Onboarding & Enablement:
Design and lead scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement programs for partners to ensure they can independently market, sell, and support our PIM solution. - Joint Success Planning:
Collaborate with partners, supporting regional partner managers to define joint business plans, KPIs, co-marketing initiatives, and growth objectives. - Partner Practice & Center of Excellence Engagement:
Support partner practice development through stages of partner maturity. Establish regular success reviews, performance tracking, and strategic check-ins. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure internal alignment around partner goals and execution. - Advocacy & Feedback Loop:
Act as the voice of partners internally, bringing structured feedback to Product, Support, and Training teams to drive continuous platform and program improvement. - Program Development:
Help scale the global partner program, define best practices, and contribute to the evolution of the overall partner program.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years in partner success, customer success, or strategic alliances in a B2B SaaS environment; ideally within PIM, MDM, eCommerce, or MarTech ecosystems.
- Proven experience growing and scaling successful partner programs, especially with SIs and digital agencies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders (internal and external).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with partner CRM/PRM systems.
- Familiarity with PIM/MDM platforms, digital shelf strategy, and product content syndication.
- Specific Inriver expertise is required.
