Job Title: Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
Location: Groningen, Netherlands (Hybrid – 2 days onsite: Wednesday and Thursday)
Duration: 6 to 12 months

- We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) to support a complex Pega environment.
- You will contribute to technical conversions, solution architecture, and Agile-based delivery within a dynamic team.

------Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust Pega-based solutions using best practices
- Handle technical conversions and maintain scalable Pega systems
- Collaborate with Agile teams to optimize business processes
- Take part in technical design decisions and maintain solution architecture
- Use Pega Express and Designer Studio to manage development workflows
- Guide peers and share technical knowledge across the team
- Ensure alignment with enterprise design standards and performance expectations
⸻ Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum HBO/WO working and thinking level
- Pega CSA certification
- At least 4 years of experience as a Pega CSA
- At least 3 years of experience with Pega technical conversions
- At least 3 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum setup
- Dutch & English language proficiency preferred
⸻ Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of modern Pega architecture: Enterprise Class Design, Data Modeling, Rule resolution
- Experience with Pega Express™, Designer Studio™, and DCO tools
- Ability to optimize and streamline Pega-based business processes
- Experience with UI design, debugging, and application profiling
- Familiar with SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies
- Knowledge of Alfresco, OpenShift, and Rijkszaak is a plus
- Self-driven and collaborative with a focus on delivery quality
