At our marketing agency Booking Boosters, we increasingly work with clients who have ambitions in the United Kingdom. That’s why we’re looking for a Performance Marketer who not only sets up campaigns but also makes them perform. You drive results with data, work daily with dashboards, and get the most out of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. At the same time, you understand how good content contributes to success and enjoy collaborating with our content marketers to achieve this.
What will you do?
You’re responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on online campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. You work daily with dashboards and data to monitor performance and improve campaigns. Additionally, you coordinate with our content marketers to ensure messaging and visuals align with the target audience and enhance performance. You are data-driven, results-oriented, and have strong content knowledge.

- Independently set up, manage, and optimize SEA campaigns across various channels;
- Monitor results through dashboards (Tableau, GA4, etc.);
- Create high-quality, conversion-focused content such as blogs, emails, and landing pages;
- Analyze campaign results (e.g., CTR, conversion rate) and develop concrete improvement plans;
- Manage client communication, including progress meetings and result presentations;
- Identify trends and opportunities in the UK recreation sector and translate these into new campaigns or strategies.

What do you bring?
- At least HBO-level education, preferably in fields like HTRO, TIO, Creative Business, Commercial Economics, or similar;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on performance and advertising;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written—error-free and convincing in campaigns and content;
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and preferably also Bing Ads;
- Affinity with content marketing and a sense for conversion-focused content;
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (a plus);
- Experience analyzing data via Looker Studio or Tableau (a plus);
- Strong analytical skills, technically savvy, and curious about the role of AI in marketing;
- A proactive, future-oriented, and results-driven mindset;
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or GA4 are a plus.
