Depending on the product, Eurocept Pharmaceuticals is the marketing authorization holder, manufacturer, local representative, local distributor or wholesaler.

Currently we are looking for a:
Pharmacovigilance (PV) officer (0,6 fte, 24-28h)
The purpose of this role is to reinforce the pharmacovigilance team in compliance with relevant legislation. This includes all pharmacovigilance tasks, depending on experience, including but not limited to literature screening, processing of adverse events and handling medical questions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities are:
- Reviewing the drug safety mailbox daily to identify potential adverse event messages and assigning messages to the correct responsible person.
- Processing adverse event and special situation cases, including reporting to partners and/or competent authorities
- Aggregate report writing
- Handling medical enquiries by email and telephone, mostly in Dutch
- Support on SOP writing
- Support on maintenance of PSMF, overview files
- Participation in audits and inspections
- Other tasks can be assigned based on experience and interest.
Professional Experience / Key Skills
- BSc or MSc in life sciences; MSc degree is preferred
- 2-3 years experience in pharmacovigilance
- Able to see the "big picture" while paying full attention to detail
- Thinking outside the box to assess potential issues and create solutions
- Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are considered an advantage
- Accurate and stress-resilient, able to work with strict deadlines
- Good organization skills and time management
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments
- Strong team player both in the office and during work from home
