Als Process Operator bij Hill's Pet Nutrition heb je een afwisselende en uitdagende baan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en ombouwen van onze productielijnen.

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat grondstoffen worden bewerkt tot halffabrikaten volgens het productieplan en de gestelde specificaties. De nadruk binnen deze functie ligt op de procesbesturing en -bewaking van de extruders. Je monitort het proces zowel handmatig als via de computer. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, instellen, controleren en afdraaien van extruders. Ook voer je productcontroles uit, pleeg je onderhoud aan de machines en los je storingen op. Dit alles doe je natuurlijk niet alleen, maar in een team met fijne collega’s. Ook ons interne opleidingstraject helpt je om onze machines van binnen en van buiten te leren kennen.

Alle werkzaamheden voer je uit conform TPM-, GMP- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Je zorgt bovendien voor een correcte, administratieve verwerking van productiegegevens en kwaliteitscontroles. Ons doel is om continu te verbeteren en waarderen jouw ideeen en inzet daarbij.

Als Operator bij Hill’s werk je in een drieploegendienst, waarbij de nachtdienst op vrijdag vrij is.
