Procurement Manager AFF Benelux

Are you experienced in air freight procurement and pricing? Yusen Logistics is looking for an AFF Procurement Manager Benelux to lead our carrier procurement strategy, optimize buying rates, and support commercial growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage air freight procurement and rate negotiations with local and regional carriers.
• Lead the tender (RFQ) process, ensuring competitive pricing and timely submissions.
• Maintain surcharge matrices and ensure accurate cost structures for quotations.
• Build strong relationships with key carriers and ensure optimal capacity coverage.
• Support sales teams with pricing input, market updates, and rate strategies.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in air freight procurement and pricing.
• Strong negotiation and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in CargoWise, Web Cargo, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially driven.
