As a Product Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet all regulatory requirements before they reach our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, you’ll help shape compliance processes and maintain the highest product standards.
In this role, you will:
- Report to the Compliance Manager as part of the Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory Department.
- Manage compliance documentation (artworks, product information files, packaging files, safety data sheets) to ensure our assortment meets international regulations.
- Act as a key contact for local and international suppliers, collaborating with them on technical compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into sourcing, supply planning, and innovation processes.
- Follow-up on regulatory changes, working closely with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure continuous product compliance.
- Support the Manager's Product Compliance in communication with market surveillance authorities.
- Participate in rework operations projects, providing compliance expertise to ensure all assortment updates align with evolving legislation.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a detail-oriented compliance professional with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills. You have:
- A degree in Chemistry, Law, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a Compliance or Regulatory Affairs role, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
- Knowledge of EU and international regulations (EU Cosmetics Regulation, CLP, REACH, etc.).
- Experience in packaging compliance (PPWD/PPWR) is a big plus.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

While flexible working is available, this role requires a strong on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and build relationships effectively.
