At TRACT, we are building a more sustainable and resilient food and agriculture industry. Our mission? To remove the burden of data management and resolve the debate on methodology so companies can drive impact. With our SaaS platform, we empower organizations to focus their resources on making a real impact while driving positive change in the industry.
About the Team
We’re a diverse and passionate team of about 40, committed to creating a sustainable impact and technological innovation. We believe in the power of collaboration and leverage our collective expertise to tackle complex challenges and drive meaningful change. Our cultural heartbeat & business decisions are shaped by our core values: ‘Accept the challenge,’ ‘Commit to learn,’ ‘Authentic & accountable,’ ‘Make momentum,’ & ‘Simplify & ship.’ These ensure that every team member can thrive and make a difference.
About the Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process for two of our product teams — Workflows and Data Foundations. From research and ideation to polished, production-ready designs, you’ll shape experiences that turn complex geospatial data, compliance rules, and supplier workflows into clear, trustworthy tools that reduce friction and help customers prove value and social/environmental impact.
Our Product Designers aren’t on the sidelines—they're an integrated part of the team. You’ll collaborate closely not just with product managers and engineers, but cross-company stakeholders such as sustainability experts and customer success managers. Together you’ll arrive at intuitive, powerful data interfaces, workflows, and traceability use cases in a product that’s changing the future of agriculture and sustainability.
