Product Management Leader - Cardiology Informatics

In this role, you will drive the portfolio strategy, value proposition and innovation roadmap of the cardiovascular informatics products in our Imaging Informatics business.

Your role: 

• You will be crafting the portfolio strategy of cardiology informatics and help Philips improve the lives of patients and clinicians all around the world
• You will be part of the Cardiology Informatics international team working from our Eindhoven and Munich offices. You will report to Matthieu Ferrant, Product Management Leader
• You will drive business success via global cross-functional planning and execution
• You will collaborate with customers and thought leaders over the entire world
• You will drive Portfolio strategy and innovation roadmap based on market segmentation, industry trends and customer signals
• You will lead a group of Product Managers responsible for the cardiovascular informatics
• portfolio applications
• You will work in close collaboration with a global multi-disciplinary team, ranging from market intelligence, portfolio marketing, regional business unit leaders to R&D architects, AI teams and partners, solution delivery experts and cloud hosting & operations specialists.
• You will act as a thought leader and industry spokesperson within and outside of Philips, and represent us at relevant tradeshows

You're the right fit if:

• You hold a bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field. An MBA is preferred
• You’ve acquired 10+ years of professional experience within marketing - business
  management/product management/strategy & innovation/product
  marketing/consulting within a medical device or healthcare information system
  regulated business
• You have experience managing teams working across multiple locations (preference for experience managing international teams)
• You have knowledge of medical imaging and diagnostic workflows
• You have experience in clinical workflows, EHR (electronic health records) integration, interoperability standards (preferred)
• You have experience in AI technology (preferred)
• You have experience in Cloud computing and SaaS (preferred)
• You have experience with IT workflows (preferred)
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a fluent level of English
• You have a strong ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries in a global setting, engaging with diverse cultures and departments
• You possess a strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, essential for collaborating effectively in our diverse, global work environment
• You possess a collaborative spirit, enjoy teamwork and contributing to high-performing, enthusiastic teams.  

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
