You will analyze customer needs and market trends to continuously refine product strategies, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with business objectives. Your role is central in coordinating cross-functional teams, commercial, operational, and strategic, to deliver value-added solutions that meet evolving market demands.
Through active customer engagement and data-driven decision-making, you will identify new opportunities and innovate to expand Unilabs’ product portfolio, ultimately contributing to improved patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: Lead development and optimization of diagnostic products; manage roadmaps, launches, and performance.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market and competitor analyses to shape product strategy and identify opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with commercial, operational, and strategic teams to execute product initiatives.
- Customer Focus: Gather feedback, identify new customer needs, and drive innovation to expand our portfolio.
- Financial Oversight: Manage product budgets, monitor financial performance, and contribute to profitability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain product specs, manuals, and reports; share performance updates with stakeholders.
Requirements
- HBO-level education in business, product management, or related field.
- Strong experience in product development, market analysis, and the diagnostics sector.
- Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Independent and proactive with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in digital tools and product management software.
- High attention to detail, market awareness, and data interpretation.
