Nokia's Product Security team in the Netherlands offers a unique internship opportunity for an intern with a passion for cybersecurity and a knack for clear communication. This isn't just about technical skills; it's about bridging the gap between complex security concepts and engaging audiences. You'll leverage your technical background (ideally in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field) alongside your communication skills to make a real impact.
Position: Internship
Duration: 3-6 months
Start Date (tentative): September, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Communications, IT, Security, or a related field with an accredited school
You will be entitled to an internship allowance of €749 per month (based on 40 hours per week) which applies for MBO, HBO and WO students.
- Contribute to the transformation of our product security website, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas
- Get hands-on experience with security communication tools and platforms
- Help organize and execute a virtual global security conference
- Contribute to the onboarding and setup of new cutting-edge security regulation tools
- Connect with security professionals and heads across Nokia
- Blend technical knowledge with practical communication skills
- Gain valuable experience in the rapidly growing field of cybersecurity
You:
- Are pursuing a degree in Communications, IT, Security, or related field
- Have a keen interest in cybersecurity and technology
- Are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
- Are proactive and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Are fluent in English
It would be nice if you also had:
