About your role
As a Program manager, your role will include the following;
- Demonstrated success in delivering largescale program implementations across multiple geographies and business units.
- Skilled in engaging with business and IT stakeholders to define program goals, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
- Experience in leading vendor partners, offshore teams and cross functional business users.
- Adept at identifying program risks, managing dependencies, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, including the ability to influence senior leadership and drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage program financials, reporting, and performance metrics in line with delivery and transformation goals.
Requirements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Extensive experience in managing transformation initiatives across global enterprises, involving multiple systems and business domains.
- Comfortable navigating both business and technical discussions, translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Proven track record of delivering rollouts across diverse platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior business leaders and C-level clients.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, including offshore delivery models and vendor collaboration.
- Comfortable working in matrix environments and adaptable to client specific delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in coaching and supporting consulting or functional teams to drive delivery excellence.
