As a Senior Project Leader Business Operations at Wageningen Bioveterinary Research (WBVR), you play a key role in a dynamic and evolving organization. In this role, you act as a central coordinator between WBVR staff, team leads, support departments, and corporate units. The projects you lead are varied in nature and include both strategic and operational components.
What will you do?
As a Senior Project Leader Business Operations, you are responsible for effectively managing various processes and projects. You ensure that employees, team leads, and management are well-informed throughout each project and that all initiatives are completed accurately and on time.

You will be part of a small team of three colleagues. You work closely with both the management and the support departments, and you report directly to the Manager of Business Operations.

- Leading and supporting projects focused on the replacement, optimization, and implementation of business processes and systems.
- Coordinating procurement procedures and overseeing the renewal of contracts for services provided by WBVR.
- Enhancing and professionalizing project management within WBVR, including independently defining project goals and managing complex and/or large-scale projects.
- Monitoring IT systems and data protection in close collaboration with IT specialists and functional administrators.
- Advising and supporting the functional administrators of various systems used within WBVR, such as the Document/Quality Management System, CRM, and project management tools—particularly during the implementation of new software.
You will be part of a small team of three colleagues. You work closely with both the management and the support departments, and you report directly to the Manager of Business Operations.

- You have a completed relevant HBO or university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Public Administration.
- Experience with change and implementation processes is a plus.
