The trainee will support a dynamic team of project and program managers, engaging with key stakeholders across Nokia and assisting in project delivery activities such as logistics, reporting, customer communication, and process improvement. This role offers on-the-job learning, training opportunities, and mentoring from an experienced project manager, making it ideal for a well-structured, agile communicator eager to develop project management skills.
Position: Internship
Duration: 3-6 months
Start Date (tentative): September, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Project Management, or a related field with an accredited school
You will be entitled to an internship allowance of €749 per month (based on 40 hours per week) which applies for MBO, HBO and WO students.
- Assist in successfully managing complex customer projects on time, scope, and budget as defined in the business case
- Help increase profitability, ensuring first time the right execution, and customer satisfaction
- Assist in driving the project teams and help manage customer relationships within the scope of the contract
You have:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree with a fair interest in Project Management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Interest in Business Management
- Knowledge of Project Management
It would be nice if you also had:
