We are looking for committed individuals who can bring talent and experience in areas of purchasing, procurement, and inventory control. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and purchasing materials required for current and new products. This position will be based out of our headquarter in Den Bosch, Netherlands
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Plan and purchase material requirements per MRP and ensure the flow of materials for ongoing production as well as for new products in development.
- Prepare, review, place order for department purchasing requisitions.
- Monitor and fulfil sales demand and material shortages by following up closely with internal and/or CM production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
- Seek, partner, and maintain relationships with reliable outside vendors and suppliers to manage purchase orders based on demand.
- Review and monitor inventory levels against sales ratio and sales forecast; respond to changes in sales trend and sales forecast.
- Remove slow moving and/or excess stock by cross department collaboration to keep healthy stock level.
- Regular Monthly and weekly stock/demand analysis report update.
- Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years purchasing and planning related working experience.
- Experienced in MRP/ ERP/ SAP and supply chain management.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Language skills: Good in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer service skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Stress resistant. Can work under pressure & challenges.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
