Quality Health Safety & Environment Employee
Job purpose
Ensuring that products meet the quality requirements agreed with the customer. Optimizing the production process so that products meet agreed quality requirements.
Within the role of QHSE Employee, it’s part of your responsibility to check the quality of incoming and outgoing products for our company, as well as the production procedures, to meet our customers standards at all time. This role involves tasks such as running tests, keeping a record of quality issues, optimize processes and procedures, and proactive participate in customer audits. On average the QHSE employee works for 20% in the office at the Quality Control department and for 80% you will be working from the production floor. This position is well suited to people with an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Various daily quality checks on final products in the production (machine and manual packaging production);
- Weekly Positive Release checks;
- Weekly OOG-Ronde;
- Proactive participate in Customer- and internal Audits (collects input, corrects minors and monitors the improvement plan);
- Be the first point of contact for production department leaders;
- Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence;
- Maintain current and previous complaint records;
- Maintain various customer portals;
- Works compliance to the Quality, Health and Safety guidelines and procedures according to the Dutch Law and Moolenaar Policies;
- Support in monitoring and maintain the quality system (conducts internal audits, updates documents and certificates, follows audit requirements, documents pest controls);
- Collect and provide samples for customers and the trial garden, take pictures of our growing samples;
- Assign new products in our ERP system (Navision);
- Work with various systems (Navision, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Planner).
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate must have:
- MBO-3 work- and thinking level;
- Strong communication skills, excellent verbal & written skills in both Dutch and English is a must;
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively with deadlines;
- Strong administrative skills;
- Solution-oriented, pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude;
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate must be:
- Able to meet deadlines;
- Pro-active, organized and accurate;
- Available for 40 hours a week;
- Living in the area of Voorhout.
