Quality Manager
We are searching for an experienced Quality Manager at our Venray facility.

At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, a global leader in medical packaging, quality and safety are paramount. In Venray, we are looking for a Quality Manager who not only ensures compliance with quality policies but also plays an active role in the development of people, processes, and performance.
As a Quality Manager (1 FTE), you will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and processes within Oliver Venray. You ensure compliance with FDA GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 13485:2016, and MDR standards, lead audits, manage quality documentation, and drive process optimization. Additionally, you will develop a strong Quality team and collaborate with other departments to foster innovation and efficiency.
In this role, you will lead the Quality team (QA & QC) and further build a culture of quality awareness. You will develop and implement strategic quality objectives in line with the corporate strategy. As an ISO Management Representative, you will organize certifications and customer audits, manage management reports, and work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and the Global Quality network. You will also play a key role in supplier management by qualifying suppliers, monitoring performance, and initiating improvement projects.
Additionally, you will contribute to an organization where employees are well-trained, possess up-to-date quality knowledge, and effectively contribute to maintaining compliance with standards and regulations. You will coach, inspire, and develop young quality professionals and high potentials within the team while actively contributing to the development of our talent pipeline and strengthening internal leadership.

Required Qualifications:
What do we ask of you for this position?
- Education & Experience: A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or life sciences field. At least five years of experience in a similar role within a regulated production environment (medical, pharma, or food). Experience with quality standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, and leadership in change management processes.

Leadership: Excellent communication skills, vision, and a coaching leadership approach to elevate your team.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Ability: The ability to analyze problems, define solutions, and utilize quality tools, both simple and complex. - Talent Development: Experience or affinity with mentoring young professionals and creating learning growth pathways.
- Communication: Proficiency in English, with Dutch as a valuable asset. Strong ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedures, while ensuring clear and effective responses to internal and external inquiries
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Ability to work effectively with various teams within Oliver Global, leading Kaizens for continuous quality improvement in processes and teams.
