What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting property viewings across the Netherlands and representing clients in person
- Communicating with expat clients to understand their needs and guide them through the housing process
- Actively searching for properties, staying ahead of the market and responding quickly to new listings
- Managing negotiations and communication with landlords, real estate agencies, and clients to ensure smooth, successful transactions
- Handling administrative and legal documentation, ensuring all deals are properly managed and compliant
- Growing your skillset every day (we teach, you fly)

Practical Details: Mindset: This is a partner role - not a regular job = higher perks, but also higher expectations.

- Location: Remote (90% of the time), with occasional in-person viewings (approx. 10%)
- Remuneration: Commission-based, per closed case
