We are looking for a Business Manager Nutrition for the Benelux Region. You report to the Regional Director Iberia, Italy, UK, Ireland, Nordic and BNL.
OBJECTIVES
- Provide specific technical or scientific expertise to customers and/or Account Managers, to achieve sales performance targets agreed, in the industry, segment or product portfolio assigned.
- Contribute to the development of (sub-) industries or product portfolio assigned, with focus on new clients.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with suppliers in the supply chain to understand USP and application specifics of portfolio;
- Build technical business cases for products and solutions provided to the market.
- Coordinate the provision of technical expertise for a sales project to be launched.
- Discuss and clarify with customers specific technical solutions and launch specifications to organisation.
- Liaise with involved laboratories, Product Management and Sales to create the best solution for the customer.
- Ensure appropriate data administration and documentation of all business cases, in the local CRM system.
- Attend regional/International or internal technical meetings, as required.
Profile
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Senior Commercial role in the Nutrition sector
- Degree preferably in Nutrition/related subject
- People Management and Matrix Structure Experience
- Balance of Strategy development and Tactical delivery
Knowledge:
- Food industry
- Distribution
- P&L management
- Senior Commercial and Operational know how
