We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to join our Automotive and Vehicle Refinishes team in the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our regional marketing strategy, driving product launches, and supporting innovation that puts the customer at the center. You’ll translate market insights into clear marketing plans and collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, product management, and global marketing.

Your responsibilities
Lead Market Insight & Strategic Planning: Drive the development of a robust, fact-based SWOT analysis to support informed decision-making. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to shape regional segment strategies aligned with global mandates.
Manage Commercial Launches and Regional Rollouts: Oversee the planning and implementation of product and service launches across the region. Work closely with global teams and product managers to ensure market needs are addressed and that launches are effectively executed and sustained.
Support Product Development and Innovation: Contribute marketing input for the development of new products and services, including the creation of clear product profiles and strong business cases. Ensure new offerings are commercially viable and aligned with strategic priorities.
Collaborate Across Departments: Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization, translating market opportunities and risks into practical marketing solutions. Work closely with product management and global marketing teams to align on customer segmentation, market needs, and brand positioning.
Lead Communication and Representation: Facilitate effective communication across regional markets, lead marketing sessions with country teams, and represent the marketing function in key internal and external forums, including industry events relevant to the automotive and refinishing sectors.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or equivalent professional experience;
- At least 8 years of experience in a commercial environment, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects with cross-functional impact.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A global mindset and hands-on experience working across different regions, countries, and business cultures; experience across multiple market segments is a strong advantage.
