Job Description:
The MGS Regional MicroLab QHSE Coodinator is responsible for microbiology testing capabilities and governance services across all segments of Everyday Incorporated. Key customers include Supply (manufacturing sites), Commercial, and R&D functions.
Reporting to the EMEA Region Micro Lab Manager, this role is essential for implementing and continuously improving the Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety Management Systems. The Regional Lab QHSE Coordinator ensures compliance with applicable standards, ISO 17025, and local regulations while fostering collaboration with local and regional SHE Associates and the MGS Laboratories CoE team.
The role provides technical leadership and direction, to enable the identification and prioritization of continuous improvement/gap closure workstreams. This requires building close and effective working relationships with other members of the regional lab, influencing, and engaging them in the value created by these workstreams.
The role participates in the deployment of Laboratory Governance program in their region, and acts as a Lead Auditor of external laboratories for Quality.

What are we looking for?
- Degree level qualification in a science-based program or equivalent level of experience
- Lead Auditor certification (Ideally ISO 17025)
- 3 or more years of experience in developing, deploying or implementing effective quality management systems (Essential)
- Proven knowledge of ISO 17025
- Experience of implementing or managing laboratory safety procedures and standards
- Knowledge in core processes of lab service delivery
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken

- Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with ISO 17025 and local regulations, collaborating with SHE Associates and the Laboratories CoE team.
- Inspire Innovation: Provide technical leadership to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
- Governance Champion: Play a key role in deploying our Laboratory Governance program and act as a Lead Quality Auditor for external labs.
