Regional Sales Manager
We are searching for an experienced Regional Sales Manager at our Venray facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager (1FTE), you will be responsible for acquiring orders from both existing and new customers within the medical packaging industry. You’ll operate in a hybrid environment—partly from the office and partly in the field—where frequent client visits and regular travel are essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding their evolving needs. Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions, managing long-term projects, and achieving quarterly and annual performance goals.
In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities, supporting global key accounts, and promoting Oliver’s capabilities through customer meetings, industry events, and technical seminars. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide valuable market insights. Additionally, you’ll manage account forecasts, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with Customer Care to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your contribution will also extend to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. You’ll play a key role in upholding Oliver’s core values while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Required Qualifications:
What do we ask of you for this position?
Education and experience:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, General Business, Engineering or something equivalent. 2+ years of successful experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology business development, as well as experience in managing key accounts and driving new business in a team environment. A master of sales negotiations is a plus.-
