Your Role as a Freelance Talent Sourcer
As a Remote Freelance Talent Sourcer , you’ll be assigned live IT vacancies and receive a curated list of potential candidates through our AI-driven ATS. Your mission? Engage, convince, and convert candidates for the roles at hand.
You'll work on profiles such as:
Software Engineers (Backend / Fullstack / Cloud)
DevOps Specialists (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure)
Data Engineers (ETL, Big Data, Python, Spark)
Security Consultants (Risk, Compliance, Cloud Security, Pentesting)
Use any outreach method that fits your style: LinkedIn messaging, video outreach, voice notes, or direct calls . We’re results-driven – if you place the right candidate, you earn.

What We Expect from You
Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
Proven track record in placing IT candidates
Premium LinkedIn account and strong boolean search skills
A reliable network in the IT sector
Excellent communication skills and persuasive outreach
You agree to list yourself as a Partner Talent Sourcer on your LinkedIn profile
You understand all candidate data is managed and owned via our ATS (Profi-Workers retains exclusivity)
