About the role
As our Retail Activation Manager, you will:
- Coordinate activity plans for both direct and indirect business channels, aligning with overall strategy and customer needs.
- Manage NPD launches and marketing campaigns across direct and indirect retail channels, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Evaluate market evolution using GFK data to track Dyson market share and identify potential threats from competitors.
- Define distribution footprint in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring efficient Dyson distribution in the market.
- Cascade Dyson Retail principles and Selective Distribution criteria to the team, monitoring compliance through sales CRM tools.
- Support the Head of Retail Activation in special projects and initiatives, providing guidance and leadership to colleagues when necessary.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
- At least four years of proven experience in trade marketing, marketing, or events management.
- Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Experience in managing external agencies and suppliers to execute campaigns and activities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Assertive, self-motivated, and dynamic individual with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent team player with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, both nationally and internationally.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
