Your Mission as our Regional Manager, you’re the face of Pampling on the ground. You're not sitting in an oce—you’re out in the field, building the brand store by store, city by city.
This is a builder role: helping us go from a fresh market entry to a mature, well-oiled retail operation. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on hustle to manage performance, train and inspire store teams, and ensure every location looks, feels, and sells like Pampling.
Retail Cluster Manager - Benelux & Germany
What You’ll Do on an Average Day
Lead the operational launch and performance of Pampling stores in NL/BE/DE.
Set up local operations from scratch, including hiring, onboarding, and process design.
Act as the primary coach for Store Managers and team members, leading by example.
Monitor KPIs weekly (sales, footfall, conversions, stock turn), analyze data and take action fast.
Support visual merchandising, local marketing campaigns, and community activations.
Ensure operational excellence, from customer experience to backend logistics.
Liaise with HQ in Spain for merchandise, tech tools, HR, and brand updates.
Be on the move — traveling frequently between stores and pop-up locations.

You love retail, people, and rolling up your sleeves.
Fluent in English + Dutch or German (Spanish a plus).
Based in NL, BE or West Germany, open to travel across all three.
Requirements
3+ years experience as a Regional/Area/Store Manager in retail (fashion or lifestyle brand preferred). Experience launching or scaling retail presence in new markets.
Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driving license B and flexible to travel 60-70% of the time.
Degree level education or equivalent by experience.
