What will you do?
As RFID Business Development Manager, you are responsible for expanding our RFID consumables and solutions in Benelux. You will identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries, create and implement strategic sales plans, and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Together with our global team, marketing, and technical experts, you’ll translate customer needs into smart, tailored RFID solutions.
Your key tasks:
- Develop and execute RFID sales strategies
- Identify and prioritize new markets and clients
- Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships
- Conduct market analysis to spot trends and opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations and internal/external training
- Collaborate on quotes and proposals with technical teams
- Report sales results and document all activities in CRM
Your region of work
You will be active across the Benelux, with a flexible/hybrid working setup. This position requires regular travel within the region to visit clients and attend relevant meetings or events.
Which qualities do you bring?
· A degree in business, engineering, IT, or a similar field
· Proven sales experience, preferably in RFID or tech sectors
· Strong understanding of RFID technology and its applications
· Commercial, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
· Willingness to travel and work flexibly across the region
