What will you do?
As a Room Service Employee, you bring luxury dining experiences straight to our guests' rooms. From a relaxed breakfast in bed to a private dinner in a suite, you make it happen! Your tasks include:
- Taking orders by phone in a friendly and professional way
- Preparing mise-en-place for smooth service
- Serving food and beverages in rooms, suites, and apartments
- Refilling minibars
- Collaborating with our butlers for VIP experiences
- Creating personalized touches to surprise and delight guests
Every day is different, creativity and hospitality are key!
What do we expect from you?
- Willingness to learn and luxury service mindset
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
