About the Role
We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and friendly team. In this key role, you’ll help drive our expansion into the European market by connecting with salons and supporting new business opportunities. As the first point of contact for our B2B clients, you’ll play a vital part in helping people around the world regain their confidence through our products!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer client questions with in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Identifying, contacting, and qualifying new prospects
- Use a variety of methods (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers
- Occasionally attending industry events/tradeshows to represent the company
- Work with marketing on executing campaigns
Qualifications:
- You are educated to a Bachelor’s degree level or with relevant industry-related qualification with one to two years’ experience
- Working proficiency in English and German, additional languages are a plus – oral/written/comprehension
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, sales, or retail environments
- Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset, but not required
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for learning new skills and technologies
- Exceptional communication & active listening skills
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €15,00 - €16,50 per hour
