The Commercial Team at D2X
The Commercial team is at the heart of our growth, driving our client acquisition and revenue strategies. As we experience significant commercial traction, we are expanding our team to meet the growing demand from top-tier financial institutions. The Role
As our Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a key supporting role in accelerating D2X's growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will gain unparalleled, hands-on experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment. This role is a unique opportunity to learn the entire commercial lifecycle, from lead generation and market research to sales enablement and client relationship management. You will be responsible for critical tasks that directly support our sales and marketing efforts, with a particular focus on Salesforce management, the creation of commercial materials, and lead generation.
What you'll do
- Salesforce Management: Take ownership of data quality in our Salesforce CRM through diligent data input, regular updates, and data enrichment to support the commercial team.
- Sales Enablement: Create, update, and refine essential commercial materials, including pitch decks and sales collateral, using PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma.
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Support the team by conducting market research to identify new opportunities, building and qualifying prospect lists, and researching specific firms.
- Marketing Support: Assist in managing our digital presence by helping with website updates and creating visual assets for LinkedIn posts and other marketing channels.
- Reporting: Assist in the creation of sales and marketing reports to track performance, manage the pipeline, and identify key trends.
Requirements
What you'll bring
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A high-ownership, proactive, and problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is required; experience with design tools like Canva or Figma is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading, or FinTech is a strong plus.
- Previous experience using a CRM, particularly Salesforce, is a strong plus.
