Are you an experienced, strategic, and charismatic leader ready to navigate the complexities of international diplomacy, security, and development? We are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead and grow relationships with some of the world’s most influential institutions: the United Nations, NATO, and the European Union.
In this high-impact role, you will represent and promote Oracle’s market-leading Applications portfolio – including ERP, EPM, CX, HCM, SCM and industry solutions– helping global institutions drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and mission success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for UN, NATO, and EU institutions
- Promote Oracle Fusion Applications as mission-critical solutions for complex institutional challenges
- Cultivate senior-level relationships across political, civil, defense, and procurement sectors
- Represent Oracle at international events, briefings, and negotiations
- Identify and shape new business opportunities within multilayered procurement and decision-making structures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, solution architects, and delivery teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of senior account management, business development, or public sector experience
- Demonstrated experience working with or within international organizations such as the UN, NATO, or the EU
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications or comparable enterprise platforms – ideally with knowledge across ERP, EPM, CX, HCM, and SCM
- Familiarity with digital transformation challenges in governmental and international public sector environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages a strong asset)
- Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate complex political landscapes
