Among other tasks, here’s what you’ll be doing as a Senior Business Analyst:
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into practical IT solutions.
- Collaborating with business colleagues to uncover the root of their requests, challenging IT demands, and identifying the most effective solutions for Marel.
- Drafting detailed designs and specifications that are aligned with both business requirements and IT capabilities.
- Supporting the configuration, implementation, and delivery of IT solutions.
- Planning, leading, and monitoring individual IT projects (approximately 25% of your role), ensuring alignment with the IT Road Map.

- Proven experience in conducting high-quality analyses and proposing impactful improvements.
- The ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of business processes.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
- Familiarity with organization-wide IT systems, such as ERP, CRM, PDM/PLM, and CAD.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with a strong focus on quality and internal customer satisfaction.
- A passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages like German or Spanish is a plus
