Role Overview
The Senior Communications Manager — Corporate & Financial will play a key role in media relations and financial communications for a fast-growing NASDAQ-listed AI infrastructure company. This senior-level role will build relationships with key financial and business media across Europe and the US, support our capital markets communications, help shape corporate messaging, and work across our executive communications and thought leadership initiatives. Working alongside investor relations and the broader communications team, as well as executive leadership and senior stakeholders across the business, this position will be instrumental in shaping how global audiences understand our business as we continue to build Nebius into a leading global AI infrastructure provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact PR campaigns and strategic communications initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with tier-one media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers across Europe and the US
- Support financial market communications including around earnings announcements and engagement with the retail investor community
- Elevate corporate messaging and ensure consistency across external communications channels, including our corporate LinkedIn presence
- Support executive communications including overall positioning and practical support (interview preparation, content development, speaking opportunities, etc)
- Collaborate with business units across the group to ensure message alignment and provide hands-on communications support
- Serve as senior point of contact for communications questions for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and support complex communications projects including crisis communications
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform strategic positioning and messaging
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations on PR performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership
Key Qualifications & Experience
Must-have requirements:
- Substantial corporate communications experience with demonstrated progression to senior responsibility levels
- Technology industry expertise with strong preference experience working in-house or agency side for high-growth tech companies
- Demonstrated media relations track record in Europe and US with established relationships across financial and business media
- Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor, measure, and report on communications performance
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Preferred qualifications:
- US listed-company experience including involvement in earnings and other investor communications
- AI/cloud sector expertise with existing relationships in specialized trade media and analyst communities
- Technical fluency sufficient to understand and communicate complex AI/ML concepts, cloud architecture, and infrastructure solutions
- Crisis communications experience, particularly around technical failures, regulatory issues, or industry controversies
