Job Description
If you’re a bold, passionate, and extroverted designer who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and innovation, this role is for you. We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our in-house team and play a key role in shaping King of Reach’s visual identity across both digital and print. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and innovative designer to collaborate with the Design Lead and a growing team of designers, producing high-quality creative assets that drive our brand’s growth!
Reach your full potential as a Senior Designer
As a Creative Designer, you’ll work closely with our design team and the broader marketing team, contributing to creative projects that shape our brand’s presence across multiple channels. We’re in an exciting phase of expansion, having recently rebranded King of Reach into a bold and playful identity. We believe that just because we are a serious B2B brand doesn’t mean we can’t be relevant and cool.
What makes working with us exciting? You’ll get to collaborate on high-impact projects for global brands like Mars Wrigley, Nestlé, Heineken, and Diageo. You'll be part of a growing creative team that thrives on innovation and values collaboration—because we believe great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. You'll work side-by-side with a talented Design Lead and fellow designers who truly live and breathe creativity. Plus, you’ll gain exposure to AI-driven workflows and enjoy plenty of room for learning, growth, and ownership of your projects.
This is what you’ll be doing:
- Create eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, presentations, digital ads, and branded content.
- Design high-quality print materials like posters, banners, and large-format graphics for events, making sure everything looks sharp and scales well.
- Keep all creative work aligned with our brand style and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with the Design Lead and team to brainstorm fresh ideas that help our brand stand out and connect with audiences.
- Support digital and UI projects by improving the overall look and feel of online experiences.
- Experiment with AI tools to boost creativity and explore new ways to enhance the design process.
- Work closely with writers, video editors, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, impactful content.
- Prepare polished, print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure everything is produced at the highest quality.
Qualifications
This is you
You thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. Juggling multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities feels like second nature to you. You're a strong conceptual thinker, able to translate abstract ideas into bold, compelling visuals that truly stand out.
You’re not just creative, you’re also highly organized. You know how to manage your time wisely and stick to deadlines without compromising quality. What truly sets you apart is your passion for innovation. Especially when it comes to AI and your curiosity about how technology can take creativity to the next level.
Collaboration is in your nature. You're comfortable working within a large, global organization and enjoy teaming up across different brands and departments. At the same time, you're perfectly capable of working independently, taking ownership of projects while staying open to feedback and co-creation.
And when it comes to communication? You’re confident, clear, and ready to present and defend your creative ideas with flair.
You:
- You’ve got 5–10 years of graphic design experience, ideally from working in a creative agency, on a marketing team, or in a brand studio. Bonus points if you’ve worked with FMCG brands.
- You’re confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma on a daily basis.
- You’ve dabbled in motion graphics or AI-assisted design. We mostly use Canva for animations, so experience there is a plus.
- You know your way around print design and have handled everything from large-scale graphics to prepping files for professional printing.
- You’re great at working with different teams to create visuals that tell a story and stay true to the brand.
- You’re organized, manage your time well, and can keep projects moving smoothly while juggling feedback and deadlines.
- You’re genuinely curious about new tech and love exploring how AI and innovation can make the creative process even better.
