The Team
Being the leading guidance for the ‘TH Product Teams’ evolution by driving change and alignment to increase efficiencies, thus creating time and space for strategic thinking and innovation within the business.

The Product Strategy and Process team is a key function within the organization, setting product strategies, translating those into actionable initiatives and supporting the Tommy Hilfiger product leadership to drive growth through long term strategies.


The Position
The Product Strategy team is a key function within the organization, setting strategic frameworks, translating those into actionable inniatives and supporting the Tommy Hilfiger product leadership team to drive growth through long term strategies. The Senior Manager is an integral member of the team who will consult with business partners from all functions across all regions to help improving transparent management of all strategic initiatives and drive the process to support our 5-year strategic vision, reporting to the Senior Director Product Strategy & Process. The Senior Manager works closely together with the business to craft a 3-year strategic plan addressing market, product and consumer needs and guides the execution of the growth driving initiatives.


In addition, the Senior Manager will:
• Be responsible to define scope, kick-off, manage and execute every phase of long term strategic initiative, specifically for their responsible business units:
o Drive vision for plan towards clear business objectives, scope, requirements & success criteria
o Create clear planning documents and roadmaps together with involved teams, including setup and maintenance of dependency management
o Establish a solid governance routine and hold stakeholders and business partners accountable for the next steps and objectives and proactively identifies risks and issues
o Enable teams and leaders to make quality decisions and support prioritization exercises
• The scope of the roles goes beyond a 3 year plan management. Strategic and business thinking is required to improve the quality of all programs and initiatives.
• With limited supervision, identify opportunities to improve the impact & experience for our stakeholders, partners and our business, translating this into a business cases.


The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strategic organizational transformation skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment. The candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes challenging environment that requires the ability to influence without direct authority. Problem solving, meeting facilitation, effective communication and quality control are essential elements of this role.
• 10+ years strategic planning skills gained from an in-house consultancy, or strategic experience from a credible consultancy firm.
• Excited by organizational change with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ready to rise to challenges with the ability to cope with uncertainty and complexity
• Positive and collaborative - A team player
• Strong communication skills and an open personality
• An excellent understanding of stakeholder relationships
• Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational company or multinational consulting firm is an advantage, nice to have: consumer goods or fashion industry experience
• Expert Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strategic planning skills

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to cope with uncertainty and complexity
