Play a key role in our next chapter of growth
As a Senior Specialist you will be a part of the development, execution and optimization of Paid Social activities for some of the biggest and most ambitious companies. You will collaborate with our specialists across offices and countries, taking a leading role in ensuring that our offerings remain competitive in the dynamic digital landscape.
Specifically, you will be working with:
- Development, optimization and execution of clients’ paid social strategy
- Strategic and business-oriented sparring for clients with a focus on the clients’ needs, goals and challenges
- Analyzing performance of campaigns both short and long-term
- Proactively working with client services on campaign set-up and optimization strategy
- Contributing to the professional development of the team and across s360
- Initiator and executor of new templates and processes that optimize workflows

In our Amsterdam office, you’ll be part of a team made up of specialists across various digital marketing areas like Paid Search, SEO, Content, and Paid Social. This means you’ll be surrounded by experts every day, creating an inspiring environment where knowledge-sharing is at the heart of what we do. In addition you will also join our international Paid Social team, where you’ll work alongside industry experts, all focused on continuously improving our services and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

You love Social Media Marketing
We expect you to have experience within Paid Social, preferably from a similar role in a digital agency.
Furthermore, you can probably recognise the following:
- Experience with development and execution of media campaigns
- Strong background in Paid Social and strong proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Are direct and open in your communication and you deliver high-end, well thought through presentations
- Can deliver thorough research and findings on brand and performance on social channels
- Are reliable, present and empathic in your dialogue with clients and colleagues
- Work independently and proactively and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Have a structured and organized approach
- Passionate about solving challenges using the latest tools and keeping up with trends in paid social.
- You are a proactive self starter, able to manage several projects at once.
