The focus is on burgers, high-quality drinks and a unique atmosphere. There are currently almost 100 HANS IM GLÜCK locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. What you bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality and a passion for the industry
- True team spirit
- Openness and enthusiasm
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- A hands-on mentality: you are proactive and get things done
- Service-oriented mindset and flexibility.
Your key responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, and managing work schedules for the service team
- As host/hostess, ensuring smooth service during your shift
- Handling reservations and resolving any complaints
- Ensuring compliance with HANS IM GLÜCK standards and legal guidelines
- At the end of your shift, preparing a daily report and conducting the monthly inventory.
