What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of photo sales associates
- Maximize sales and support team performance
- Handle inventory, cash operations, and daily procedures
- Deliver top-notch service and resolve customer issues
- Train and coach staff to reach their full potential
What You Bring:
- Leadership and sales experience (preffered)
- Great communication and people skills
- A hands-on, customer-first attitude
