We are looking for shiftleaders for our location in the center of Rotterdam. Would you like to work in a team that puts a smile on the faces of our customers with poke bowls/sushi burritos? Then read on!
As a shiftleader you make sure that your shift goes without problems. To do this you manage crew members, you are in charge of the orders, and you solve any problems. You know how to handle things and you are not afraid to direct your colleagues towards improvements.
What is your profile?
· Relevant hospitality experience is a plus
· Flexible
· Customer focused
· Team player
· Natural leadership
· Available at least one day during the week and one day during the weekend
What tasks do you have?
· Responsible for the quality of all execution during your shifts
· Managing the Crew, in consultation with the Manager
· Answering the phone
· Handling and registering complaints
· Uber Eats tablet:
- Accepting orders
- Canceling orders
- Switching off the tablet if necessary
- Keeping stock of menu
· Fulfilling daily orders (fish and vegetables)
· Making sure checklist (cleaning) is filled out correctly
· Handling emergencies
· Counting the cash register at the end of the shifts
· Opening and closing branches
· Working on the work floor and doing the same tasks as Crew.
