Shop Manager – SALVO Bakehouse (Amsterdam)
SALVO Bakehouse is growing, and we’re looking for a Shop Manager to take the lead in our busy Amsterdam store. We’re a fast-paced bakery known for bold pastries, great coffee, and a warm neighborhood vibe.
The role
As Shop Manager, you’ll run the daily floor operations and keep the team sharp in a high-energy environment. You’ll manage schedules, motivate staff, uphold service standards, and make sure our barista station and pastry counter run smoothly at all times.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality/management
- Strong barista skills – confident behind the machine
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
- Natural leader with strong organizational capability
- Hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused
- Flexible to work weekends and peak shifts
