Wat ga je doen?
Als Storemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele proces in de winkel. Je:
- Stuurt en coacht een team van pizzabakkers en bezorgers;
- Zorgt voor een hoge klanttevredenheid en uitstekende service;
- Beheert de voorraad en verzorgt de administratieve processen;
- Draagt zorg voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving;
- Analyseert resultaten, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor het behalen van omzet- en winstdoelstellingen;
- Neemt initiatief in het verbeteren van processen en prestaties;
- Houdt je bezig met financiën, inkoop, personeelsplanning en werving van nieuwe teamleden;
- Bespreekt behaalde successen en zet verbeteracties uit.

As a Store Manager, you strive daily to deliver the highest possible quality in our products. You ensure that our customers receive excellent service and the best pizzas. The only way to achieve this is with a close-knit team that you motivate, instruct, and guide every day. You give compliments, make sure everyone has the right knowledge, and lend a hand in daily operations when needed. You make sure everyone gets the best out of themselves.
What will you do?
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the full operational process within the store. You will:
- Lead and coach a team of pizza makers and delivery drivers;
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and outstanding service;
- Manage stock and take care of administrative tasks;
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment;
- Analyze results, make adjustments where needed, and ensure revenue and profit targets are met;
- Take initiative to improve processes and performance;
- Handle finances, purchasing, staff scheduling, and recruitment of new team members;
- Celebrate achievements and initiate improvement plans.
