The Opportunity This is a unique, high-impact opportunity for a strategic marketing intern who wants to go beyond conventional marketing. You will be a key part of our team, responsible for crafting a narrative that cements our position as a premium provider and a category leader. You will work directly with the CCO and our marketing team to define our external messaging, from thought leadership on LinkedIn to strategic presentations for our customers.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Narrative Architect: Lead the development of our core messaging hierarchy and storytelling framework. You will translate complex clinical and technical details into sharp, clear narratives tailored for every audience, from hospital C-suites to clinical specialists and strategic partners.
- Thought Leadership & Content Strategy: You will assist in crafting thought leadership posts, case studies, and articles that lead with outcomes and hospital system value, showcasing our expertise and scale.
- Commercial & Sales Enablement: Produce and refine sales collateral and tender documents. You will help ensure our messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our premium value proposition.
- Strategic Communications: Help draft press releases, vision documents, and presentations for key events, ensuring our external communications reinforce our position as a platform company.Partnership Storytelling: Assist in framing joint value propositions and synergy briefs with strategic partners like Incision and Founda, articulating how our combined efforts create a network effect that benefits the entire ecosystem.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- A Strategic Communicator: You are a university-level student (Master's / end of Bachelor's) with a passion for building and executing communication strategies.
- A Master Storyteller: You have a gift for turning complex information into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives that resonate with a professional audience.
- A Collaborative Doer: You are a self-starter who can work independently but also thrives on collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams to achieve a shared vision.
- Experience in Healthtech or SaaS is a significant plus.Language Proficiency: You are fluent in Dutch and 100% fluent in English.

Note that we're a healthtech startup with no deep pockets - you want to do this internship to learn with high responsibilities and impact from the get-go, not for a high financial compensation (keep that for the fulltime-working years you have ahead of you ;)). Approximate compensation is €200-€500, depending on experience and days per week.
Location: Remote-first, but meetings in NL possible.
Commitment: At least 3 days per week for at least 3 months
