Dyme is on a mission to put people in control of their finances. Every euro we save brings our users closer to financial freedom.
We combine smart technology with human expertise to make sure money flows in the right direction: back into our users’ pockets.
Why this role matters
Help steer the growth of one of the Netherlands’ fastest-growing fintech scale-ups. As Dyme’s Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll bridge strategy and execution. You’ll lead a 15+ person freelance operations team, work directly with the CEO and COO on high-impact initiatives, and own the performance metrics that drive company growth.
You’ll dive deep into data, build and refine dashboards, optimise workflows, and create scalable processes. Your work will make Dyme more efficient today and set us up for long-term success.
What you will do:
- Lead and coach the operations team (15+ freelancers) in contract negotiations, insurance advice, and customer-facing services.
- Work directly with the CEO and COO to design and deliver strategic initiatives that improve user value and drive growth.
- Own and track key operational and financial metrics (OKRs) and report on progress to leadership.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards to monitor company performance.
- Analyse data (SQL, LookerStudio, Google Sheets) to identify trends, solve bottlenecks, and guide decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional projects with Product, Development, Customer Support, and Operations to streamline workflows.
What an average week could look like
No week at Dyme is the same. But this is how a week could potentially look like.
Monday – Review OKRs and dashboards with the COO, run SQL analyses for fresh insights, and share last week’s results in the all-hands. Jump on urgent operational cases like escalated contract negotiations.
Tuesday – Dig into operational data to spot trends or bottlenecks. Align with Product on process improvements and review ongoing contract proposals for quality.
Wednesday – Lead the weekly operations meeting, align on goals, and clear high-priority cases. Update OKR trackers and provide hands-on support for complex issues.
Thursday – Start with our Monthly Team Breakfast. Collaborate with the CEO on a strategic initiative, set up CRM campaigns to test a new business line, and built a QA dashboard for accuracy.
Friday – Ensure weekend operations are covered, close out any last-minute deliverables, and prepare next week’s priorities. Present your strategic initiative in the all-hands before wrapping up with Team Drinks :)
