About Us - Who are we?
Aqua Hero is a small and fast-growing swimming school based in Amsterdam, focused exclusively on teaching adults. We work with people from all backgrounds, from those afraid to put their head underwater to those training for endurance, technique, or deep-water comfort. Every lesson is guided by structure, empathy, and progress in small sized groups.
About you - Who We’re Looking For?
We’re expanding and are looking for motivated, kind, and reliable instructors to join our team. You’ll play a direct role in transforming our swimmers’ lives: one breath, one lap, one breakthrough at a time.
Requirements:
- A passion for teaching and helping others overcome their barriers in the water.
- A strong swimming background (competitive, lifeguard, or coaching experience)
- Fluency in English, as all our lessons are conducted in English.
- Teaching experience, particularly with adult learners.

Pay: €15,00 - €35,00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 13 per week
